The SageSims Decision Readiness Blueprint is a focused working session that turns a vague “we should run a simulation” into a crisp rehearsal plan your leaders can rally around. A SageSims expert partners with your team (example: technology, cybersecurity, HR, finance, and executive leadership team) to define the business event you want to rehearse, select or tailor the right SageSims scenario, clarify roles and decision rights, and lock in success metrics you will use to judge decision quality and team alignment.
