A one-time, onsite simulation led by a SageSims certified facilitator that puts technology, cybersecurity, HR, operations, executive leadership, and your board in the same room to practice responding to high-impact scenarios (proactive or reactive) like an acquisition, a critical vendor disruption, or a cyber event.
Pricing:
Flat fee ($20,000) for onsite simulations
Flat fee for add on simulations ($10,000)
Additional attendees can be added in blocks of 12 ($10,000)

SageSims Virtual Decision Readiness Intensive
A one-session online simulation led by a SageSims certified facilitator that convenes technology, cybersecurity, HR, operations, executive leadership, and your board in a shared virtual room to run through major scenarios (proactive or reactive) like a strategic merger decision, a vendor failure, or a cyber incident.
Pricing:
Flat fee ($8,000) for virtual simulations
Flat fee for add on on simulations ($4,000)
Additional attendees can be added in blocks of 12 ($4,000)

An all-inclusive, onsite simulation that includes a SageSims certified facilitator and one-time SageSims access licenses for each attendee, bringing technology, cybersecurity, HR, operations, and your board together to rehearse an important incident response or a major strategic decision.

Flat fee ($25,000) for all hands in person simulations
Flat fee for and additional add on all hands in person simulations ($12,500)

SageSims Decision Readiness Blueprint
A focused working session where a SageSims expert partners with your technology, cybersecurity, HR, finance, and executive leaders to define the business event you want to rehearse, select or tailor the right SageSims scenario, clarify roles, and lock in the success metrics you will use to judge decision quality and team alignment.
Pricing: $7,500 per Blueprint engagement (held virtually). Discounted when packaged with a SageSims Decision Readiness Intensive or All Hands Simulation Day.
Terms: Payment due upon booking. Can be reschedule with 14 days notice. Non- refundable. Up to 12 participants.
SageSims Decision Readiness Action Lab
A follow up program where the same SageSims facilitator comes back to your cross functional leaders to run a structured debrief, translate simulation insights into a concrete improvement backlog (playbooks, runbooks, escalation paths, comms templates), and host one or two short follow up working sessions to track progress. The goal is simple. turn “great exercise” into visible changes in how the organization actually responds under pressure.
Pricing: $12,000 per Action Lab package (held virtually), covering one major simulation event, including one in depth debrief session, a written Decision Readiness Action Plan, and two virtual progress check ins.
Terms: Payment due upon booking. Must be scheduled within 15 days of the related simulation. Non-refundable. Up to 12 participants.
SageSims Decision Readiness Lab
A year round simulation lab where technology, cybersecurity, HR, operations, legal and executive teams practice high stakes decisions together, from M&A scenarios to vendor outages and board level incidents.
