SageSims Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

This policy applies to all purchases made directly from SageSims, including subscriptions, licenses, and facilitated services. Unless SageSims cancels a service and cannot reschedule it, all fees are non-refundable once an order is placed, a subscription term begins, licenses are issued, or scheduling is confirmed.

Subscriptions and Licenses

  • Annual subscriptions and license-based access are non-refundable once the subscription term starts or licenses are issued.

  • If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the paid term. We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time.

Facilitated Services and One-Time Engagements

  • Blueprints, Intensives, Action Labs, and other facilitated services are non-refundable once booked and scheduled.

  • You may reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to facilitator availability.

  • If SageSims must cancel and cannot reschedule within a reasonable window, SageSims will provide either a full refund of fees paid to SageSims or a credit toward a future service, at your choice.

Add-Ons and Participant Capacity

Participant add-ons and additional session add-ons are non-refundable once purchased and applied to a scheduled engagement. They may be rescheduled under the same terms as the underlying engagement.

Force Majeure

If events outside either party’s control prevent delivery (for example, severe weather, travel disruption, or facility closure), SageSims will work with you to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed. Credits may be offered at SageSims’ discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact SageSims first to resolve billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access and collection of associated fees.

How to Request Help

Email SageSims support with your order details and the issue. SageSims will confirm the outcome in writing and, when applicable, process approved refunds back to the original payment method.
